A Jeff of the South Special: Fashion in the Kitchen

Time for something a little bit different.  Time for some pizzazz!

We pause from our regularly scheduled run of blog posts to bring you:

 Fashion in the Kitchen!

Taking a short break from their vital Antarctic duties, Jeff and Hannah have joined us to model the very latest and best in Polar kitchenwear.  No self-respecting slushy would be seen in anything less!  Take it away, Jeff and Hannah...

Overalls!  That's what it's all about.  Practical, hard wearing, roomy and attractive, these overalls are just what it takes to spend a day in the fuss and bustle of a busy kitchen.  And look at how these two love wearing their overalls!  Why wouldn't they?  They cannot help but smile.

Here Hannah and Jeff lean insouciantly against the wall and the railing, demonstrating just how comfortable these fashion items make them feel.  Stop lounging around, you two!  Ha ha, what playful scamps. 

Take note of the couple of carefully positioned designer stains on Jeff's overalls.  These proclaim to the world, "I'm a slushy, and I don't mind getting a bit dirty!"  I bet he doesn't.

Sexy, sexy, sexy!  Work it baby!

There's no question about it.  If nothing else, these little numbers will enhance the appearance of any slushy, turning them instantly from super-slushy to super-model.  Whit-woo!

A major part of this ensemble which have yet to address are the chef clogs.  Check those babies out.  On their own the overalls are a winner, but with the addition of this stunning footwear the combination is unbeatable.

Sturdy, safe and comfortable, but most of all spectacularly beautiful these plastic clogs are the pinnacle in kitchen footwear.  These two are devastated at the end of the working day when they have to take them off.  They'd sleep in those clogs if they could!

Finally, Jeff and Hannah demonstrate just how easy it can be to relax in these clothes.  That is to say, it can be easy to relax in them, but pop these beauties on and you never want to relax.  No indeed!

With the overalls and clogs combination, you just want to work, work, work.  Whether it's up to your elbows in oily washing-up water, gutting a fish, or chipping burnt sugar residue from a pock-marked, bent aluminium saucepan, you just won't care! 

Sure, these two look like they're relaxing, but don't be deceived!  They are about to spring into action, to help make this evening's dinner a magical reality.  They just can't wait.
